The Finance Digital Factory Lead builds, orchestrates, and supervises AI agents across Finance applications including ERP, ARCS, EPBCS, FCCS, and EPMCS, driving the organization's Agentic Studio evolution. This role requires deep Finance domain expertise combined with Oracle Fusion technical breadth and agent-orchestration platform skills to ensure AI agents operate safely and effectively within TIAA's core systems. Under general direction and in close partnership with the App Leader, this role owns the orchestration layer, sets escalation and guardrail standards, and oversees the agent squads supporting Finance applications.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Understand business processes across ERP (AP/ AR/ AHCS/ AGIS/ CM), ARCS, EPBCS, FCCS, and EPMCS to translate Finance requirements into AI agent capabilities.
- Build AI agents within Finance applications so they operate smoothly within their respective ecosystems and maintain a reliable handshake with core TIAA systems.
- Build, customize, and govern AI agents inside ERP and EPM using Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio and Fusion Application Extensibility Frameworks.
- Set escalation and guardrail standards for AI agents as directed by leadership, ensuring safe, effective, and auditable agent behavior.
- Design, build, and deploy GenAI and LLM-powered solutions in client or production environments, applying them to Finance workflows.
- Supervise and support the agent squads that other Finance application teams feed into, promoting reusable agents across ERP and EPM rather than one-off automations per application.
- Partner closely with the App Leader to align the digital factory's priorities with broader Finance technology strategy.
- Apply agent evaluation and human-in-the-loop review design to validate agent output and maintain accountability in automated processes.
- Build and maintain AI risk and controls literacy, including guardrail and safety design for production agents operating in regulated Finance environments. Build automation, integration, and AI solutions for business users, with hands-on work across these areas.
- Support EPM ARCS and AHCS applications, serving as a subject matter expert for integration patterns (OIC, REST/SOAP) feeding these platforms.
- Serve as a point of continuity for Finance systems support, maintaining institutional knowledge previously held in this function.
