Starting Pay: $17–$21/hour, depending on experience, plus bonus potential. High-Earning Potential: With strong performance, bonus-eligible crew members earn an average of $35–$55/hour total compensation. There’s no cap, so your earning potential grows with your success! The Role & Core Responsibilities
As a construction team member, you will:
- Learn. Start as an Installer, no experience required. We train you on every tool, process, and safety standard from day one.
- Master. Move from Installer to Lead Installer to Team Lead based on skill, not tenure. The better you get, the faster you move.
- Earn. Once you’re a Lead Installer or Team Lead, your crew’s efficiency drives an uncapped bonus. Skill shows up in your paycheck, not just your title.
- Make Customers Happy. Follow our Customer Messaging and Production Core Process and leave every home cleaner than you found it.
- Get Work Done. Review job specs, load the truck, complete the installation at or below the defined labor percentage, and collect payment when the job is done.
- Stay Safe. Work safely and consistently and call out safety concerns the moment you see them.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to read materials, communicate with others, and use a computer/tablet about 75-100% of the time.
- Ability to move around, inspect things at lower levels, and drive 24% - 49% of the time.
- The job consists of 40% sedentary work with occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds, 30% light work with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds and frequent lifting up to 10 pounds, 20% medium work with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and 10% heavy work with occasional lifting up to 100 pounds and frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
