Provide advanced level technical support for complex applications hosted in AWS. 2. Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves hardware or software issues that span multiple technology domains, as elevated from the team. 3. Develops and maintains automation that supports the operational health of the cloud environment. 4. Determines root cause and creates action plans for vulnerabilities in the cloud environment that are flagged by security teams. 5. Actively identifies opportunities for improvement and creates solutions to improve the operational efficiency of the cloud environment. 6. Coordinates Global Execution of Teams Operational Responsibilities through facilitation of meetings with Global Support Teams. 7. Develops technical standards and documentation. 8.
