What You’ll Do
- Package Products for Shipment: Review provided information and prints to pull correct units and package products according to established requirements and steps.
- Maintain Work Area: Organize and store tools, supplies, and packaging materials in designated locations to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Proactive Communication: Communicate effectively with leadership, the Shipping Supervisor, and team members regarding problems, status, or improvement ideas.
- Support Operations & Safety: Follow all company safety guidelines, continuously seek to improve job knowledge, and assist in other operations departments as needed.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Tool & Measurement Proficiency: Ability to accurately read a tape measure and operate drills and drivers safely.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Attention to Detail: Sharp attention to detail and accuracy to ensure all units are properly pulled and packaged.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk/bend for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks in a production environment.
