The Plumbing Authority

At The Plumbing Authority, we do things differently.

We’re not just here to fix plumbing - we’re here to solve problems the right way, so our customers don’t have to deal with the same issue twice. That’s what we mean when we say Fix It For Good.

For over 30 years, we’ve built a reputation in Knoxville by showing up, doing quality work, and treating people the right way. Homeowners and businesses trust us because we’re dependable, professional, and focused on long-term solutions - not quick fixes.

But what truly sets us apart is our team.

We’re building a company where you’re valued. Our technicians have the opportunity to grow, earn well, and take pride in the work they do every day. We hold a high standard, support each other, and create an environment where doing the job right actually matters.

We also believe work should be rewarding beyond just the job. From team events like our Winning Wednesday competitions - where our team comes together for games, cash prizes, and bragging rights - to the day-to-day support in the field, we’ve built a culture where people genuinely enjoy being part of the team.

And just as important, we believe in life outside of work. We don’t run 24/7 service, and we don’t keep our team stuck on jobs late into the night. We respect our people’s time, so they can enjoy their families, recharge, and come back ready to perform at a high level.

We’re proud to be part of the Knoxville community, actively supporting the people and neighborhoods we serve.

Whether you’re a customer looking for a plumbing company you can rely on, or a professional looking for a place where your work is respected and recognized - you’re in the right place.
