Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting, promoting independence, mobility, and overall well-being
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing a variety of occupational therapy techniques and strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
- Utilize electronic medical records and billing systems, including Net Health and PCC
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and billing systems, including Net Health and PCC
