What You’ll Do:
- Provide attentive, compassionate care to infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months.
- Create a calm, engaging environment that supports sensory exploration and early development.
- Follow individualized feeding, diapering, and nap schedules.
- Communicate daily with families about routines, milestones, and progress.
- Implement The Learning Experience® L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, fostering cognitive and emotional growth through play and interaction.
- Work collaboratively with teammates and leadership to maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom.
What You’ll Bring:
- A love for babies and a passion for early childhood education.
- Previous experience in an infant classroom or childcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills.
- Must meet Virginia state licensing requirements for Infant Teachers, including required training and background checks.
