The Customization Group is a global leader in print-on-demand and mass customization for wall art and home décor - founded in Cologne in 2006 and built to operate at industrial scale.
Bringing together a diverse portfolio of brands, including ORWO, sendmoments, and leading D2C platforms such as MEINFOTO and MYPICTURE, as well as the B2B powerhouse merchOne, the group combines heritage in high-quality photo products with cutting-edge personalization technologies.
Across four production facilities in the USA, Germany, Poland, and Latvia, we produce up to 2.5 million made-to-order products per day - each one tailored to individual specifications and created only after the order is placed.
Our proprietary software enables intelligent production workflows and AI-driven process automation - powering 20+ D2C online shops and giving 1,000+ B2B and API partners a seamless way to offer personalized products worldwide.
Through organic growth and bold innovation, we continuously push the boundaries of what’s possible in personalized manufacturing - setting new standards for quality, speed, and customer experience.
