Job Description
Completes all work orders as delegated by the Maintenance Supervisor. Participates in general maintenance of buildings and grounds as needed. Responsible for upkeep and inventory of all maintenance tools and equipment assigned to the employee. Ex. of duties, but not limited to the following: replacing toilets and sink fixtures; cleaning, painting, and drywall work as needed, assist in preparation of regulatory reviews.
