About Us
Since 1989 we have partnered with manufacturers as a seamless extension of their operation. This has allowed our clients to grow with minimal risk while maintaining the highest of standards. Ask our customers what they like about us and chances are they will talk about our commitment to our core values of reputation, people, and growth. We are strategically located across North America, aligned with flexible resources, and equipped with innovative technology to bring you the ultimate in supply-chain efficiency.
The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated, technically capable Simulation Engineer to help build and lead our capabilities in digital twin technology, material-flow simulation, and logistics optimization. This is a new, high-impact role at the intersection of engineering, automation, logistics, commercial strategy, and operational execution. You will use simulation and automation software to model real-world operating environments, evaluate alternatives, identify constraints, and help determine the best way to move material through warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and interconnected logistics systems. Your work will influence how we design solutions, develop customer quotations, plan new business, improve existing operations, and execute strategic initiatives. You will work directly with key stakeholders and decision-makers, translating complex engineering problems into practical, data-driven recommendations. This is not a traditional engineering position with a fully established playbook. We are developing and expanding our capabilities in an evolving technology space. We need a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, enjoys solving problems, and can help establish the methods, standards, and tools that will shape this capability for the future. For the right person, this is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on both business strategy and operational performance.
Why Join Us?
- High visibility: Your work will directly inform important business and operational decisions.
- Meaningful ownership: Help build a developing simulation and digital twin capability rather than inherit a rigid, established process.
- Strategic impact: Influence new-business quotations, solution design, investment decisions, and continuous improvement.
- Technical opportunity: Apply emerging simulation and automation technologies to complex, practical challenges.
- Room to grow: Help define the future scope, standards, and potential expansion of this capability.
We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.
The Ideal Candidate You are a self-starter who enjoys building something new. You are curious about how systems work, comfortable challenging assumptions, and motivated by solving real business problems. You can move between technical detail and the bigger picture. You understand that a simulation is valuable not simply because it is technically sophisticated, but because it helps people make better decisions. You are willing to visit a facility, understand its actual processes, gather the necessary information, build a model, test alternatives, and explain what the results mean. You can work independently while collaborating effectively with commercial, engineering, operations, and leadership teams. Most importantly, you are excited by the opportunity to help establish a new capability and see your work influence both strategic direction and real-world execution.
Work Arrangement & Travel A hybrid or remote work arrangement may be considered for the right candidate, depending on experience, location, and business needs. The role requires periodic travel to facilities and customer sites across the United States and Canada. The successful candidate must be comfortable working with site personnel and cross-functional teams in different locations. Candidates will only be considered if they are currently able to work legally in the US or Canada without the need for sponsorship.
