We take pride in quality workmanship, attention to detail, and working together as a team. ### Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, experienced Landscape Construction & Equipment Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on position combining equipment operation with landscape and hardscape construction. The ideal candidate has experience operating and transporting construction equipment, understands proper site preparation, and is willing to work alongside the crew on all aspects of installation. ### Responsibilities 1. Safely operate skid steers, mini excavators, and other construction equipment. 2. Load, secure, transport, and unload construction equipment using a truck and trailer. 3. Safely tow and maneuver equipment trailers, including backing into job sites. 4. Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation. 5. Assist with installation of patios, retaining walls, steps, walkways, and other hardscape features. 6. Prepare and compact aggregate bases to proper grades and elevations. 7. Assist with drainage, irrigation, planting, and general landscape construction. 8. Load, unload, and move materials around job sites. 9. Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance. 10. Work collaboratively with the foreperson and crew to maintain productivity, safety, and quality workmanship. ### Qualifications 1. Minimum 2 years of skid steer and/or mini excavator operating experience. 2. Experience safely towing equipment trailers, including loading, securing, and transporting construction equipment. 3. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. 4. Valid DOT medical card required. 5. Ability to safely operate and maneuver a truck and equipment trailer. 6. Experience in landscape construction, excavation, grading, masonry, or hardscape installation preferred. 7. Ability to establish grades and work with elevations is a plus. 8. Comfortable performing physically demanding outdoor construction work in varying weather conditions. 9. Ability to lift 50+ pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. 10. Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. 11. Reliable transportation to our Pittsburgh 15205 location. ### What We Offer 1. 4-day workweek, Monday through Thursday (approximately 40 hours). 2.
