Litigation staff are expected to support a proactive, detail-oriented approach that aligns with the firm’s mission of maximizing client outcomes.

Position Overview

The role also involves assembling trial binders, preparing exhibits, and supporting attorneys during hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial. The paralegal is expected to work collaboratively with the legal team while managing multiple cases and priorities with accuracy and discretion.

  • Strong skills in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Legal Research, including using legal databases and summarizing findings for attorney review.
  • Experience drafting and formatting Pleadings and Motions in compliance with court rules and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear, professional client and court interactions.
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment.
  • Comfort with legal practice management software, document management systems, and standard office applications.
  • Prior experience as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant preferred; personal injury or civil litigation experience is a plus.
  • Paralegal certificate, associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
