- Pull, route, and secure copper and fiber optic cabling
- Install cable pathways, cable trays, ladder racks, and server racks
- Learn cable terminations, punch-downs, and industry color codes
- Assist with grounding, bonding, and fire-stopping procedures
- Read and interpret blueprints and installation drawings
- Follow safety procedures and site requirements
- Work alongside experienced technicians on large-scale technology infrastructure projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Ability to work with hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a construction-like environment
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed
- Reliable transportation
- Previous experience in construction, warehouse, manufacturing, landscaping, military, or other hands-on roles is a plus but not required
