Designing and configuring technically complex building control systems as defined by the contract documents. Designing wired and wireless Power over Ethernet (PoE) and DALI lighting control System, design simulation using platforms such as Visual Control (VC), Revit, Navis 3D, COMcheck, AutoCad including DiaLux 4.12 for preparing photometric design. Creating flow diagrams, sequence of operations, bill of material, network layouts and electrical schematics as required. Preparing system design including defining areas, rooms, controlled zones/circuits, user interface devices and control equipment to produce a bill of materials and programming requirements. Designing of power and lighting systems (480V and above) of commercial and Industrial facilities which satisfactorily met clients' requirements and electrical codes. Preparing Single Line Diagram (SLD) based on load calculation - Selection and sizing of Electrical equipment in coordination with manufacturer and vendors in line with project requirements. Perform feasibility studies, and evaluate user requirements. May require providing services at unanticipated locations to various clients across the United States for short term and long-term durations. There is no international travel and travel frequency is unanticipated.
