Title: Bartender Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager or Shift Supervisor Location: Bravoz Entertainment Center
About the Role:

As a Bartender at Bravoz, you’ll help our adult guests unwind and enjoy the fun by serving beer, wine, and canned cocktails with a friendly, responsible touch. You’ll know your garnishes, maintain clean and safe bar service, and create an inviting experience that keeps guests smiling.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve responsibly: Pour beer and wine, serve canned cocktails, and check IDs to ensure all guests are of legal drinking age.
- Garnish with care: Add simple garnishes or enhancements to elevate canned cocktail presentation.
- Guest engagement: Welcome and chat with guests in a friendly, professional way to make them feel at home.
- Cash handling: Accurately process payments and maintain your cash drawer or POS station.
- Keep it clean: Maintain a spotless, organized, and stocked bar area at all times.
- Know the menu: Be prepared to explain drink selections, promotions, and any house rules clearly.
- Practice safety: Follow all food handling, alcohol service, and sanitation guidelines.
- Support the team: Work closely with snack bar, kitchen, and front desk staff to ensure smooth operations throughout the facility.
- Be the Bravoz vibe: Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests celebrating all of life’s moments.
Who You Are:
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (per local and state laws).
- Friendly, outgoing, and great at striking up conversations.
- Responsible and committed to safe alcohol service, with the ability to say no when needed.
- Detail-oriented - accurate with cash handling, garnishing, and drink prep.
- Able to work in a busy, high-energy environment.
- Prior bartending or alcohol service experience is a plus.
- Must complete any required alcohol server training or certification (as required by local laws - Bravoz will provide guidance if needed).
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
