Founded in 1939 by local physicians and community leaders, TCC is an independent, 501(c)(3), licensed Federally Qualified Community Health Center with fourteen sites and two mobile clinics dedicated to providing comprehensive high quality health care and health promotion to medically, low income, and high-risk populations of all ages.
