Core Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Drive and maneuver equipment like bulldozers, excavators, backhoes, skid steers, and front-end loaders.
- Site Preparation: Dig trenches, clear land, grade soil, and shape foundations.
- Equipment Inspection: Conduct pre- and post-operation checks to verify fluid levels, track condition, and mechanical safety.
- Routine Maintenance: Clean, grease, lubricate, and perform minor repairs on machines.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow OSHA guidelines, check for underground or overhead utilities, and wear proper gear (hard hat, boots, vest).
- Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and site maps.
- Team Communication: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and ground crews.
Must have a valid driver's license
