Assists in meal assembly to ensure accurate portioning and serves guests as required. Collaborates with head cook and kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and task coordination. May perform cashier duties and other related tasks as directed by management. Adheres to uniform and appearance standards at all times. Follows timekeeping, production sheets, and all other required procedures and policies. Keeps updated on recipe changes and ensures all recipes are executed properly. Manages product requisition, ensures proper rotation and stock levels are maintained. Keeps immediate supervisors informed of all significant issues and takes corrective actions when necessary. Has a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures and adheres to safety standards.
