T2's Summer Internship Program places three interns directly into core business operations - one in Investments and Underwriting, one in Accounting, and one in Property Management. Interns are assigned real work with real deadlines, report to a member of the team they support, and receive direct, specific feedback throughout the term. The program runs approximately ten weeks, full-time, from May through August 2027. This is a single posting for all three tracks. Candidates apply once and indicate their track preference; T2 places selected candidates based on background, interest, and firm need. Applicants open to more than one track are encouraged to say so.
