Production Operator

Job Title: Production Operator Location: Arkadelphia, Arkansas Type: Contract Compensation: $21.47 Work Model: Onsite Hours: 12 hour shifts; 3-4 days a week. Rotating day schedule. 5 AM to 5 PM (day shift). 5 PM to 5 AM (night shift).

Responsibilities

• Will be working on the production floor.
• Monitor cores and manually place cores inside of roofing rolls.
• Housekeeping (sweeping, cleaning, taking out trash, routine painting, etc).
• Perform any documentation necessary for inventory control
• Inspect the placement, securing and packaging of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Duties will include everything from outside ground, and yard maintenance to inside cleaning and maintenance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• 0-2 years related manufacturing experience
• Communication skills - proficient in written, verbal, and listening skills
• Demonstrated willingness to be actively involved in day-to-day plant activities
• Familiarity with safety activities, safe behavior observations, and team activities

• Production operations/manufacturing experience
