Position Title: Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Engineer Location: PA - Pittsburgh, OH - Strongsville, AL - Birmingham, TX - Dallas, AZ - Phoenix
Work Status : 5 Days Onsite Duration : Contract to Hire Years Of Experience Required : 8 + Years
INITIATIVES/PROJECTS:
- Migrating Adobe Analytics to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
- Migrate/rebuild Adobe Analytics workspaces, segments and alerts to Customer Journey Analytics
- Hands-on experience configuring CJA connections, data views, components, metrics, segments, filters
INDUSTRY BACKGROUND: Digital Analytics
TEAM DYNAMIC: Analytics team covering all digital environments: PNC.com, mobile app, online banking, online applications
ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support migration from Adobe Analytics to Customer Journey Analytics
- Configure component naming, persistence and attribution
- Develop derived fields, calculated metrics and segments
- Recreate classification lookups, classification rules, marketing channel rules
- Migrate/rebuild Adobe Analytics workspaces, segments and alerts to Customer Journey Analytics
- Develop suitable replacement for Adobe Analytics Data Warehouse projects
- Hands-on experience configuring CJA connections, data views, components, metrics, segments, filters
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Expert experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is required
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (schemas, datastreams, datasets, connections, data views)
- Strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills
FLEX SKILLS:
- Data analysis
- Experience with Target Reporting in Customer Journey Analytics and joining to profile datasets is preferred
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, or related field
