Mark began his career while attending Texas A&M University, working as an Assistant and Night Service Manager for a Mazda/BMW dealership. From the outset, his foundation was rooted in operations, service, and a hands-on understanding of the business at every level . Prior to founding Synergy Automotive, Mark played a key role in building and developing one of the fastest-growing dealership groups in the country. During this time, he helped scale operations across multiple markets, driving significant growth and operational performance while maintaining a strong focus on culture, associate engagement, and customer experience. Synergy Automotive represents the next phase of that experience and leadership. The company was established to build a focused, high-performing organization centered on operational excellence, teamwork, and consistent execution.
