Job Responsibilities - Perform detailed, top-to-bottom residential deep cleaning. - Remove accumulated dirt, dust, grease, and buildup. - Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and other assigned spaces. - Detail baseboards, doors, trim, fixtures, and other surfaces as included in the job scope. - Follow detailed cleaning checklists and quality standards. - Work efficiently without sacrificing quality. - Properly use, maintain, and care for professional cleaning equipment. - Protect client property and handle equipment and supplies responsibly. - Work cooperatively with teammates to complete demanding projects. - Identify cleaning challenges and take initiative to solve problems.
