Job Description
Superlanet is recruiting for an Epic Training & Communications Coordinator to join our Managed Services team based in San Diego, CA. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity that will be performed primarily remotely; however, candidates must be local to the San Diego area to go on site when applicable. This person will be responsible for owning Epic communication and readiness efforts, from understanding system and workflow changes to building and executing communication plans, creating end-user communications and training materials, and preparing users for go-live and stabilization.
Responsibilities
- 3+ years of directly relevant experience supporting Epic training, communications, readiness, adoption, or organizational change initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience personally creating and executing communication plans for Epic implementations, upgrades, optimizations, or significant workflow changes.
- Partner directly with Epic analysts, SMEs, and project teams to understand system and workflow changes, impacted users, and end-user requirements.
- Create end-user materials from scratch, including tip sheets, quick-reference guides, job aids, workflow guides, FAQs, newsletters, go-live/readiness communications, training presentations, and department-specific communications.
- Own communication strategy and execution, including audiences, messaging, timing, cadence, channels, stakeholder coordination, go-live communication, and stabilization support.
- Translate technical Epic changes into clear, practical language for hospital end users.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams, operational stakeholders, and leadership.
Preferred
- Epic certification or Principal Trainer background is preferred but not required when the candidate demonstrates significant communications/readiness ownership.
- Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, workflow changes, organizational change management, adoption, or go-live readiness in healthcare.
Benefits
Salary range based on qualifications and experience $80,000 - $100,000
