Assistant Managers play an important role in the success of their store assignment. Their primary responsibility is to lend stability to the overall store environment while aiding in the on-going development of team members in the areas of customer service, store image and loss prevention.
Day to day responsibilities include the input of invoices, ensuring we offer only quality products and services to our customers and participate in the on-going training and development of those team members working shifts with our assistant managers.
Assistant managers must have a GED or High School Diploma, a valid driver’s license, able to work all shifts, self motivated, dependable, both follow and ensure team members adhere to Super Pantry policies and procedures and are committed to the store’s success.
