Job Description: The opportunity: In this position, you will be a member of the Group Benefits Claims Shared Services team working on short term disability claims, with a specific focus on claim setup. This position will primarily be a production role, requiring the ability to regularly manage a high volume of tasks, adjust priorities when necessary based on the impact to our clients and effectively manage time. The primary objectives of this position will be to: Review new and existing claim documentation, create claim files, and follow up for missing information. Provide support to Case Managers by completing a variety of administrative tasks surrounding the adjudication of claims.
