They contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, including designing software architecture, writing code, testing quality, and deploying software to meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their use cases, pain points, and requirements; demonstrate empathy and advocate for user-centric software solutions.
- Solve complex problems by designing, developing, and delivering solutions using appropriate tools, languages, frameworks, methodologies (such as Agile), and technologies.
- Assess software application or service requirements and determine the most suitable technology stack, integration method, and deployment strategy.
- Create high-level software architecture designs that outline the overall structure, components, and interfaces of applications.
- Define and implement software testing strategies, guidelines, policies, and processes in line with the organization's vision, industry regulations, and market best practices.
- Support security practices that safeguard user data, including encryption and anonymization.
- Create user-friendly and interactive interfaces.
- Develop and maintain back-end applications, such as APIs and microservices, using server-side languages.
Skills Required
- GCP Cloud Run, PostgreSQL, GCP, GitHub, REST APIs, React, Python
Experience Required
- 6+ years of experience in IT, 4+ years of experience in software development
- Communicate with users in the North America (NA) time zone and resolve their queries.
- Demonstrate the ability to use AI tools to improve productivity.
Experience Preferred Experience with the generative AI stack, including
- LLM integration
- Coding assistants such as OpenCode or Claude Code
- MCP servers
