Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support business process improvements, IT projects, and system enhancements. The candidate will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, facilitating requirements gathering, process modeling, strategic discussions, and Agile project activities. Key Responsibilities Facilitate stakeholder discussions and gather, document, and model business requirements. Develop and manage user stories for Agile development projects. Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning, roadmaps, and conflict resolution. Support IT solutions, system enhancements, and related project requests. Assist with statements of work, contracts, and regulatory compliance. Provide excellent customer service and ensure alignment with applicable policies and procedures. ** Required Qualifications** 7+ years of experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling. 5+ years of experience developing or managing user stories in Agile projects. 2+ years of experience working with senior management on strategy, roadmaps, and consensus building. 2+ years of experience with IT projects involving solutions for public use. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience with statements of work, contracts, or work agreements. 1+ year of experience with state or federally regulated programs. Bachelor's degree.
