The Finance Manager, North America is responsible for the day-to-day accounting and finance operations across the North American business - the United States, Canada, and Mexico - ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the region's financial records. This role leads the core accounting function - month-end close, general ledger, reconciliations, taxes, payroll, and consolidation - and provides oversight of the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Collections, and Senior Accountant roles. As the senior accounting/finance operator for the region, the Finance Manager ensures the books are closed correctly and on schedule, enforces internal controls in a publicly traded (SOX) environment, and delivers reliable financial data to the Director of Finance and executive leadership. Strategic financial planning and FP&A for the region are owned by the Director of Finance; the Finance Manager partners with that leader by providing accurate, timely financial information and analysis support.

- Support ERP (SAP) and OneStream improvement initiatives and consult with site management on expenses, financial performance, and SAP process flow.
- Other duties and assignments as required; may serve as backup for payroll, bank deposits, and related functions.
