Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Basic math skills required for counting and verifying product quantities.
Experience Requirements
- 1+ years of previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, packaging, or machine operator experience.
- Experience inspecting products for quality defects in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to accurately count, sort, pack, and label products according to specifications.
- Experience following safety, quality, and production standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- English communication skills are a plus and overtime flexibility is preferred.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand for up to 85% of the workday.
- Frequent reaching and repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 32 pounds.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE, including gloves, hairnets, and company-issued uniforms.
Job Duties
- Pick, inspect, count, and pack plastic parts on an assigned thermoforming production line.
- Verify product quality, bag counted parts, and place finished goods into the correct packaging containers.
- Seal and prepare boxes to ensure products are protected during storage and shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety policies and procedures.
- Monitor product quality, report defects immediately, and assist in maintaining production and quality standards.

What You Will Do
As a Warehouse Packer you will pick customer orders, verify inventory, pack products securely, prepare shipments, apply shipping labels, and stage completed orders for delivery. You will use scanners, warehouse systems, and packing materials while maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting productivity goals, and supporting safe, efficient warehouse operations.
