Pay Rate: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Warehouse Operator Requirements & Job Duties:
- Pull, stage, verify, and prepare products for daily customer deliveries and truck routes.
- Accurately verify orders by product code, lot number, quantity, and unit of measure.
- Load, unload, and placard trucks and trailers safely and efficiently.
- Operate stand-up (reach) and sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Perform cycle counts, maintain inventory accuracy, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse while reporting safety or equipment concerns.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and other warehouse operations as assigned.
- Minimum of one (1) year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience required.
- At least six (6) months of recent stand-up (reach) forklift experience required; sit-down forklift experience preferred.
- Current forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience with order picking, inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse management best practices preferred.
