Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of janitorial, housekeeping, warehouse cleaning, or related experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to perform frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive cleaning tasks.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment, including floor sweepers when required.
- Ability to work throughout warehouse, office, restroom, and outdoor areas as needed.
Job Duties
- Perform general cleaning duties throughout the warehouse, distribution center, and office areas.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Operate floor cleaning equipment as needed.
- Keep walkways free of debris and spills.
- Clean office windows and glass surfaces.
- Empty trash containers and replace liners.
- Clean and restock restrooms.
- Maintain supply rooms and cleaning inventory.
- Remove litter from parking lot and outdoor areas.
- Report safety concerns and hazards to management.
- Assist with additional housekeeping and facility duties as assigned.
