Job Duties
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
- Move raw materials and finished products throughout warehouse and production facilities.
- Pick, pack, stage, sort, and transport customer orders.
- Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations.
- Supply production lines with required materials and move finished products into storage.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to support daily operational goals.
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy required.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of recent warehouse experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of recent forklift operating experience.
- Experience with inventory management, shipping and receiving, order picking, and packing.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and operating material handling equipment.

What You Will Do
As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
- will include loading and unload of trucks, movement of raw and finished material within the facility and from the loading platform by operating hand trucks, forklifts, motorized conveyors, or other material handling equipment.
- This also includes sorting, staging, and transporting products.
- Inventory management, picking and packing of customer orders and warehouse cleanliness will also be necessary functions in this role
