Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: 4pm -12:45am Monday – Friday and some Saturdays

Job Duties
- Secure finished pallets using industrial banding equipment.
- Operate a light industrial bander to prepare products for shipment.
- Move pallets from production areas to staging locations using a pallet jack when needed.
- Inspect pallets to ensure products are properly secured and ready for transport.
Experience Requirements
- Previous warehouse, production, or material handling experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience using pallet jacks or packaging equipment is beneficial.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand for the entire shift (100% standing).
- Frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive movement while securing pallets.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse and production environment.

What You Will Do
As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
- This position requires long-term standing.
- This associate will be securing finished pallets with a band.
- Will use a light industrial bander.
- May use a pallet jack to move pallets from production to a staging area.
