Pay Rate: $17.50+2.00 Staffmark Incentive pay per hour
*Incentive pay runs through 12/15/2026
- One-Time New Hire Bonus: $100 (offered after 80 hours worked)
- Weekly Bonus Eligibility: $50 “Perfect Attendance” incentive
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3 PM
- Sunday – Tuesday | 10 AM – 10:30 PM
- Wednesday – Saturday | 5 AM – 3:30 PM

As a Stand Up Forklift Operator in Hebron, you’re the backbone of the operation. You’ll stack it, store it, and move it like a pro. Quick reflexes, smooth hands, and solid teamwork keep the freight moving and the day flying by.
Requirements:
- 1 year of stand up forklift experience
- Cherry picker experience is preferred
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and overtime availability
- Casual attire with closed-toe shoes required
Job Duties:
- Operate forklifts safely
- Pick, move, and stage warehouse products
- Load, unload, and organize materials
- Follow inventory and safety procedures
- Assist with general warehouse associate tasks
