Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Previous shipping, packing, warehouse, or inventory experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and solid work history

Job Duties
- Pick, pack, and process orders accurately using scanners and shipping documents
- Prepare inbound and outbound shipments
- Load and unload trucks
- Stock and restock inventory in warehouse locations
- Verify inventory counts and assist with physical inventory
- Label boxes, packages, and products correctly
- Move materials throughout production and warehouse areas
- Support shipping, receiving, and other departments as needed
- Communicate professionally with vendors, drivers, and internal teams
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.
- Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.
- Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Shipping Packer Operator.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
