As a Reach Truck Operator in Bolingbrook, you’ll run the reach truck with precision, lift product to the rafters, and keep every aisle flowing. One wrong move costs time; one right move keeps everything running right.

Job Duties
- Operate a Reach Truck forklift safely and efficiently as needed.
- Palletize, stack, wrap, and organize products for storage or shipment.
- Assist the forklift team with material movement and warehouse support tasks.
- Support multiple departments based on daily operational requirements.
Experience Requirements
- Experience operating reach trucks or similar powered industrial equipment.
- Ability to safely move, stack, retrieve, and organize palletized inventory.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices.
- Ability to accurately identify products, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and inventory accuracy.
- Previous Reach Truck forklift experience required.
- Ability to lift, move, and stack products throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Flexible and willing to assist in different areas of the warehouse
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
- Ability to safely work in warehouse environments with elevated storage racks and moving equipment.
- Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings while operating powered industrial vehicles.
