Requireemnts
- No previous manufacturing experience required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable attendance is required, including every other weekend
Job Duties
- Assist with production operations in a manufacturing environment
- Lift materials weighing up to 32 lbs throughout the shift
- Work safely in a hot environment for the duration of the shift
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
- Wear required PPE and maintain a clean work area
- Support production goals and team objectives
Physical Capabilities
- Stand for the full 12-hour shift
- Frequently bend, move, reach, and lift throughout the day
- Work in a hot manufacturing environment
- Must wear steel-toed boots or shoes (employee provided)
