Location: Cleveland, TN
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 2 – 2 – 3 Rotating Schedule | Working every other weekend

Requirements:
- 3 years of previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
- Basic computer, math, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Frequent walking, bending, and lifting

Job Duties:
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently within specifications
- Measure, mix, and assemble materials with precision
- Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor processes and record accurate production data
- Identify issues and communicate with supervisors to resolve problems quickly
- Perform basic troubleshooting and adjust equipment as needed
- Handle materials carefully to prevent damage
- Load materials into mixers, feeders, and production equipment
- Operate machinery such as extruders and automated systems
- Cut, assemble, and build products to exact specifications
- Use forklifts and overhead cranes safely (if trained)
- Support inventory, quality improvements, and process enhancements
