Job Duties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues on computers, laptops, servers, and electronic devices
- Perform repairs, upgrades, and component replacements as needed
- Test equipment and verify functionality to meet quality standards
- Install, update, and configure operating systems and software
- Evaluate incoming technology for refurbishment, resale, or recycling
- Clean, sanitize, and prepare devices for resale
- Accurately document repairs, testing results, and inventory information
- Organize and manage refurbished equipment within the warehouse
- Assist with processing incoming and outgoing technology devices
- Follow quality control and data security procedures
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting preferred
- Previous computer or electronics repair experience is a plus
- Ability to quickly learn technical processes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and teamwork skills required
Physical Capabilities
- Lift, carry, and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Perform repetitive hand and manual tasks
