Spherion is hiring an Inbound Returns Coordinator for a leading fitness equipment manufacturer in Cottage Grove. If you enjoy staying organized, working with inventory systems, and keeping goods moving where they need to go, you will feel right at home in this role. You will handle incoming returned shipments, log them into internal business systems, and communicate with customer support and internal teams to keep parts traceable and accounted for. Role Highlights
- $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Contract assignment with potential to convert based on performance and business needs
- Immediate start date

What You Will Do
- Receive, inspect, document, and stage incoming returned products, packages, and components
- Log and track return shipments in ERP and business systems like SAP and Microsoft Dynamics
- Coordinate with customer support and internal teams to provide status updates on received items
- Route specific returns to technical and safety teams for review
- Move and position materials safely using pallet jacks, carts, or mechanical aids
- Help keep the returns staging area organized and easy to navigate
What You Will Bring
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Background in warehouse receiving, shipping, mailroom sorting, or returns processing
- Familiarity with inventory software or ERP tools such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Comfortable working on a computer and navigating multiple applications
- Dependable communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items up to 50 lbs periodically
