This position involves processing, reviewing, and finalizing digital documents. It is primarily a seated role requiring constant use of the upper extremities, specifically for high-volume keyboard and computer tasks.
Cross-training is standard here. There are four core components to this role, and team members have regular opportunities to rotate between tasks either day-to-day or throughout a single shift to keep the work dynamic.
Responsibilities:
Digital Scanning (20%): Operating high-speed scanners to digitize batches of files and ensuring the physical paperwork stays perfectly organized.
Quality Assurance (10%): Reviewing the digital images on a computer to confirm they are clear, accurate, and complete.
Release & Indexing (10%): Utilizing fast data entry skills to tag metadata and securely release the completed digital files to the client.
Working hours: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Skills:
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable navigating computers with a fast and accurate typing/keystroke rate.
Ability to handle a primarily seated role that requires constant, repetitive use of your hands and wrists (typing, sorting, feeding paper).
