Original job description

• • Join Us in Transforming Lives: Case Manager - ILP Programs

Are you passionate about making a real difference in youth lives? At Spectrum Child & Family Services’ Valor Place, we’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to be a guiding light for young people navigating life’s challenges. As a vital member of our Case Management team, you’ll do more than just manage cases - you’ll be a mentor, advocate, and champion for youth. You’ll help ensure every child is placed in a safe, supportive environment, receives the educational services they deserve, and has a voice that’s heard and respected. Your work will directly shape brighter futures.

What You’ll Do

Support youth through placement and transitions with care and empathy.
Advocate for individualized educational services tailored to each child’s needs.
Maintain accurate, timely records in alignment with service standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate closely with youth and the Valor Place team to deliver holistic, trauma-informed care.

Why You’ll Love Working Here We believe in caring for those who care for others. Here’s what we offer:

Quarterly Retention Bonuses – Your commitment matters.
Comprehensive Health Coverage – Including BCN Medical, Dental, and Vision.
403(b) Retirement Plan – With employer match to help you plan for the future.
Life & Disability Insurance – $25,000 Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability.
Generous Paid Time Off – Including 9 paid holidays (yes, Juneteenth too!) and PTO.
Paid Training & Growth Opportunities – We invest in your development.
A Mission-Driven Culture – Work with a team that’s passionate, supportive, and purpose-driven.

What You Bring

A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology.
At least 2 years of experience in evaluation, assessment, CBT, trauma-informed care, or similar therapeutic practices.
A heart for service and a commitment to youth empowerment.
Ability to pass a background screening.

Our Approach At Spectrum, we don’t just treat symptoms - we see the whole person. Our trauma-informed, holistic model ensures that every youth’s mental, emotional, and physical needs are met with compassion and care. We tailor our approach to each individual, using a multi-modal strategy that fosters healing, growth, and resilience.

Ready to Be the Difference? If you’re looking for a meaningful career where your work truly matters, we’d love to meet you. Join us at Valor Place and help shape a future where every young person has the support they need to thrive.
