SiteLink is looking for a Product Manager with SaaS experience. Your job will be to own the roadmap for the SiteLink product. To do so, you will work closely with sales, support, key customers, analysts, and engineers to identify opportunities, form hypotheses to address them, and then rapidly build, launch, and iterate based on what you learn. Ultimately your success will be measured in revenue, retention and growth, but everything you do should be centered around building an effective software platform for storage operators.
About Us
- SiteLink has been the leader in storage facility management software for over 20 years. Our suite of solutions service over 15,000 facilities across the globe
- SiteLink has won the Inside Self Storage “Best of Business” award for “Best Management Software” for 7 consecutive years
- We were founded in 1998 and have been continuously profitable ever since. In early 2018 SiteLink merged with SpareFoot to create a combined marketing and back-office solution for the storage industry
What you’ll do every day:
- Drive software enhancements from idea, to implementation, to results by creating clear requirements and coordinating efforts across the organization
- Lead the ideation, vetting, and prioritization of feature ideas with a cross-functional team of designers, analysts, marketers, and engineers
- Measure and validate impact using all tools available, including usage data, customer feedback and sales results
- Rapidly iterate, refine, and adjust based on new learnings
- Communicate ideas, progress and results to the product development organization and broader company
- Work from our office daily in Raleigh, NC
What you need to bring to the table:
- 3+ years B2B product management experience, mostly on a multi-tenant SaaS platform
- Passion for building effective software solutions that meet the needs of the customer while supporting the long term growth of the business
- Comfort with both the art (user empathy, design) and science (analytics, statistics, structured hypotheses) of UX optimization
- Expertise with Google Analytics and testing statistics
- Experience working in a mature product development and design organization where user researchers, interaction designers, and tech leads are distinct roles
- Product marketing fluency and the ability to complement a clear value proposition with a product that delivers it
- Strong communication skills. The ability to articulate the goals of an enhancement, how to execute it and the value to all internal and external stakeholders
- Independence. You have the experience and self-confidence to tackle all of this without much hand-holding.
- Familiarity working in an agile development environment
