Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience:
At least one year of general experience working with PC hardware and software. Bilingual, English-Spanish highly desirable

Ability to:
- Perform maintenance and adjustment of computers.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor problems with computers and related equipment.
- Install and troubleshoot software
- Plan, organize and maintain accurate records.
- Understand and carry out oral and written instructions in English.
- Establish and maintain an effective relationship with the faculty and students.
- Demonstrate good organizational skills.
- Operate computer hardware and peripheral equipment, projector, smart board, scanner, copy machine and other office machines with dexterity.
