- Solatube Home is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Plano, TX. We are an award winning company that brightens our customers' homes using energy efficient daylighting systems.
The Job: You are the voice of our company, connecting our valued customers with our innovative products by scheduling appointments, coordinating installations and providing a customer-first experience with each interaction. You share product knowledge, answer billing questions, and support customers through our warranty process when needed. You are the cornerstone of customer satisfaction!
The Logistics: Standard 8am to 5pm schedule, M-F. Occasional weekend work for events/trade shows. Rates starting at $20-22/hr.
