Seeking an experienced and hands-on foreman to lead installation crews and oversee field operations for industry-leading perimeter security projects.

: $28.00-38.00/hr
Travel
: Travel up to 60% to job sites nationwide. Opportunity for global travel.
Responsibilities for Field Foreman:
Supervise and direct installation crews on active construction sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
Lead the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of low-voltage electrical systems, vehicle barriers, gates, and related safety devices
Conduct daily toolbox talks, enforce jobsite safety protocols, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
Read and interpret project drawings, electrical schematics, and specifications to plan and execute work
Manage crew schedules, material logistics, and on-site inventory to maintain project timelines
Perform quality control inspections and maintain detailed daily reports, timesheets, and project documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field, escalating to engineering when necessary
Required Qualifications for Field Foreman:
Minimum 5 years of experience in low-voltage electrical systems, industrial controls, or related trade
Minimum 2 years of experience supervising crews on construction job sites
Demonstrated ability to manage daily field operations, including crew coordination, scheduling, and progress tracking
Ability to read and interpret electrical control prints, schematics, and construction drawings
Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in industrial maintenance and installation
Proficiency in detecting electrical malfunctions using precision measuring instruments
Familiarity with EandI (Electrical and Instrumentation) practices and procedures
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
