YOUR OPPORTUNITY: BANK OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
At Security National Bank, you'll play a key role behind the scenes in keeping our daily banking operations running smoothly and accurately. As a Bank Operations Specialist, you'll support essential deposit operations functions, payment processing, regulatory reporting, and customer service activities that directly impact both our customers and employees. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in multiple areas of banking operations while working with a collaborative team dedicated to accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Process & Reconcile Transactions
- Support the daily processing and reconciliation of a variety of banking transactions.
- Monitor accounts and reports to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain records and documentation related to operational activities.
Support Deposit & Payment Services
- Assist with deposit operations, electronic payments, debit card services, and other core banking functions.
- Help ensure transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures.
- Provide operational support to branch and department employees.
Manage Documentation & Customer Requests
- Maintain and verify operational records and supporting documentation.
- Research and respond to customer and internal inquiries.
- Assist with records management and document retrieval requests.
Ensure Compliance & Operational Accuracy
- Support regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance-related activities.
- Assist with information requests, documentation reviews, and operational controls.
- Help maintain the accuracy, security, and integrity of bank records and processes.
