BUILD TWO CONCEPTS - AND SHARE IN THE RESULTS
We're looking for a proven restaurant operator who wants more than another GM job. This is a chance to lead two distinct concepts out of one shared kitchen, build your own management team, and earn meaningful incentives as sales and profitability grow. You'll own the complete performance of both concepts: restaurant sales, bar, labor, cost control, staffing, private events and late night. You'll have the authority to hire and develop the Kitchen Manager, Bar and Service Manager, and the hourly leadership team - and you'll build the systems that let ownership stay out of daily operations. Each concept is targeted to grow toward $1 million or more in annual sales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Direct daily operations for both concepts
- Grow restaurant, bar, banquet and late-night sales
- Develop promotions and sales-building activities
- Hire, train and manage the leadership team
- Hold managers accountable to measurable performance
- Approve schedules within established labor budgets
- Review Restaurant365 financial and operating reports
- Monitor labor, food cost, beverage cost and inventory
- Oversee ordering, receiving and cash-control systems
- Maintain strong guest-service and service-recovery standards
- Ensure compliance with health, liquor and safety regulations
- Lead weekly management meetings
- Deliver weekly performance reports to ownership
- Keep organized systems, checklists and accountability
WHAT YOU BRING
- Minimum three years of restaurant GM experience
- Experience leading a fast-paced upscale or polished-casual restaurant
- Proven ability to grow sales and profitability
- Experience hiring and developing managers
- Restaurant365 experience required
- Strong financial, organizational and leadership skills
- Availability for nights, weekends, holidays and events
BENEFITS
Paid time off, employee meals, dining discounts, performance incentives, and advancement opportunities as the company grows. A 401(k) retirement program is planned.
