The BAS Service Supervisor – DDC still performs direct troubleshooting, programming, and field support, while also owning the client relationship, coordinating the technicians assigned to the program, and reporting on program health and performance.
This position reports to the Associate Director of Service and works closely with Service Technicians, the Project/Service Ticket Manager, other Service Supervisors, systems integrators, equipment vendors, and client staff to deliver on program commitments.

- Coordinate with local vendors, systems integrators, and subcontractors supporting the program

- Maintain accurate service ticket documentation, scope, and resolution records for the program
